Moving “Success Forward”
Where Dreams Were Built Hand in Hand
Success Forward was more than just a project. It was a journey of growth, confidence, and real opportunity, held across Chouf, Baabda, and Aley. The impact of this initiative reached over 60 young individuals, equipping them with hands-on training in vital fields such as:
Caregiving
Electricity
Solar Panel Installation
Chef Assistance
But the impact didn’t stop there. 38 out of 60 motivated youth advanced into real-world internship programs with various companies, bridging the gap between learning and doing.
And the real success?
👉 12 participants turned those opportunities into jobs, stepping into the workforce with pride and purpose.
The Shabake2 project is supported by AFD – Agence Française de Développement – and the Centre de Crise et De Soutien, and Semeurs d’Avenir. Implemented by Expertise France in collaboration with Farah Social Foundation and SDA.
