Mouneh Production Training
Under our “Women Empowerment” Intervention, Farah Social Foundation (FSF) in collaboration with The Food Heritage Foundation (FHF) and Union of Progressive Women (UPW) conducted a 3-day training for women from Mnasef area in Chouf district. The training was done by FHF trainers.
Day 1: Sun Drying of fruits and vegetables
Day 2: Mouneh Production
Day 3: Food Safety
The women will be working in Beib el Chouf kitchen being prepared in Kfarfakoud village in Chouf district.
